Student Consumer Complaints

All students who have a complaint against 欧冠买球网站 are strongly encouraged to discuss the matter in question with the appropriate 欧冠买球网站 department or employee most directly involved as a first step. It is strongly encouraged, and sometimes required, to go through the 欧冠买球网站 consumer complaint processes first before filing a complaint with an independent entity.

Students who have grade or academic concerns should first contact the instructor who issued the grade. Steps for addressing a concern about a grade are outlined in the 欧冠买球网站 Code of Student Rights and Responsibilities under the section “Student Appeal of a Grade”.

If a student has a complaint other than a grade or academic concern, the 欧冠买球网站 Dean of Students Office can direct students to the proper procedure for submitting a complaint. A list of reporting and complaints forms are available on the Dean of Students Office website.

If 欧冠买球网站 does not resolve the complaint, students may file a complaint with one of the independent entities listed here:

  • Students who have complaints against the college/university relating to fraud, false advertising, or other deceptive practices can file a complaint with the Utah Division of Consumer Protection.

  • Students who have complaints relating to the college's quality of education or other issues appropriate for its accrediting body to consider, can file a complaint with the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities.

  • Online students living out-of-state with complaints related to distance education courses, activities, and operations can contact the UT SARA state portal entity. The UT SARA state portal agency in Utah is the Utah Board of Higher Education.

Copies of documents describing the college/university's accreditation and state approval are available for review upon request.

欧冠买球网站 has been approved to participate in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA) and is an approved member of the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA). Participation in SARA allows 欧冠买球网站 to offer online courses to students living in U.S states and territories that have also adopted SARA.

Online students living out-of-state who have a complaint against 欧冠买球网站 should follow the complaint process for all students listed above. Online students living out-of-state are required to go through the 欧冠买球网站 complaint process first before filing a complaint with the UT SARA state portal entity, which is the Utah Board of Higher Education.

In addition to the complaint processes listed above, students living out-of-state involved with distance and correspondence education can file a complaint with their state's enforcement authority. A list of state higher education complaint-resolution entities is collected and maintained by NC-SARA.

Students living in California (the only non-SARA state) can file a complaint with the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education.
